Dr. Paul Shogren

Dr. Paul Shogren has been practicing chiropractic care in the Fargo-Moorhead area for over 25 years. Dr. Shogren specializes in back, neck, and extremity pain. He has extensive post-graduate education in rehabilitation of spinal problems. Dr. Shogren is certified in the treatment and care of motor vehicle accidents. Chiropractic care is non-invasive, hands-on and effective.

Jodi Crockett, MPT

Jodi Crockett, MPT is the physical therapist at Med-Plus Health Care. She graduated with her Master’s of Physical Therapy from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND in 1999.
She has been active in treating patients in the rural health care sytem throughout her years of therapy. She treats neck and back pain, orthopedic problems, and has specialized training in vestibular rehab and women’s health.

Meet the Staff:

Hollie is our Administrative Assistant/Receptionist.  She coordinates and implements office services such as greeting the patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments for Dr. Shogren and Physical Therapy, records control, and new patient registration.  Hollie received her General Secretary Diploma from Minnesota State Community and Technical College.

Judy is our Insurance and Billing Specialist. She obtains insurance information from our patients and verifies coverage and benefits so that patients files are kept up to date. She is responsible for filing all insurance claims and reviewing the explanation of benefits received from the insurance companies alongside being responsible for billing and collections. Judy is available to assist you with any questions you may have with regard to your account.

Alicia is our Physical Therapist Assistant and Chiropractic Assistant.  She administers physical therapy interventions established in the plan of care, rehabilitation exercises, muscle stimulation, and cold laser therapy. She also handles patient files and assists with patient exams, x-rays, and ultrasounds. She graduated from Northland Community & Technical College where she received an A.A.S. Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting.
